Welcome to Pintu! We are dedicated to delivering our exclusive drops, including our first-ever launch, the Little Cactus, safely and quickly to your doorstep across Pakistan. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Delivery Timelines

We understand you are excited to receive your order! Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2 to 4 business days.

  • Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 6 business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during high-demand product launches, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

 

Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders.

 

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

4. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)

To ensure maximum convenience and security, we offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to the rider at the time of delivery.

 

📌 Important Note for COD: Please ensure you are available at the provided delivery address or leave the due amount with a family member/representative to avoid delivery cancellation or delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an SMS and/or Email notification containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking link to check the live status of your shipment at any time.

6. Address Corrections & Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners make up to 2 to 3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If you miss the calls or are unavailable, the parcel will be returned to us.

  • If you need to change your delivery address or contact details after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately at pintupakistan5@gmail.com before the order is dispatched.
